S.E.E.D. METHOD ADMINISTRATOR AND MASTER TEACHER
MARISSA KLINE
This Arizona native has had a passion for dance and movement for over 20 years. Growing up in Phoenix, Kline was exposed to various genres of dance and fitness which ultimately led her on a journey to share her passion with others. From ballet to jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and funk, Kline became infatuated with all dance expressions and strives to always evolve her craft. "I don't move to music, the music moves me." This personal drive and fearless approach to expression makes Kline a fierce element on the dance floor.
In 2003, Kline began dancing for Hodgie Jo's Jazz Fusion Dance Company - IMATION. As a dancer, teacher and choreographer she was able to tap into multiple dance demographics and challenge the techniques of her young pupils, while pushing her own limits simultaneously.
Making her debut in the fitness community in 2004 with teaching her first Zumba class, Kline continues to educate and grow her fitness platform while discovering new frontiers of bodies in motion. Breaking away from the traditional dance background Kline opened her own dance/fitness studio, SWAY, in 2008. With primarily adult clientele, she was able to focus her efforts of fitness, well-being and injury prevention to maintain a dancers' longevity. Kline has developed several custom dance-fitness classes to engage the entire body in a safe, conditioned and challenging manor. She is excited to bring her knowledge and enthusiasm to The S.E.E.D. Method.
Kline is a graduate of Arizona State University and also obtains her certifications in AFAA, ACE, was a master trainer for R.I.P.P.E.D. and all six degrees of Zumba education. We are excited to have her join the MarioCo.Dance family.
